Returning Goods & Right to Cancel
A product might not live up to your expectations*. In that case, you can usually send it back. But read this page first before you do that.

Fresh products cannot be sent back. Hygienic products (e.g. glasswork, etc.) are also excluded from being returned and cancelled once they have been used. Where applicable, this is stated for such products.
You are entitled to cancel and return your order up to a maximum 14 days after the confirmation email. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return the product. If you wish to use your right to cancel, you must return the product to us with all included accessories and ─ if reasonably possible ─ in the original condition and packaging.
If you want the purchase price to be refunded, don’t forget to provide your bank account number (IBAN) on the returns form. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after the product has been received back in good condition. Use the returns form for returns and cancellations.

Some products that can be purchased via this web shop have a limited shelf life and therefore cannot be returned. It is also not possible to return hygienic products. The right to cancel does not apply to these. After a successful payment, the purchase is definitive.
