• Delivery time
Packages within the Netherlands are delivered within 1-2 working days. For the Netherlands, France and Great Britain the delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. For all other countries in Europe the delivery time is 4-5 working days. We send the order on the moment we have received your payment. We do not send shipments outside of Europe.

• State of the order
After you placed your order we will inform you by email. Each time the state of your order changes you will be notified by email. (Include us among your trusted senders to prevent that the email is put in your unwanted items folder.)

• Package (discrete)
For many of our clients it is important that our packages are delivered discretely. This means: on the outside of a box it is not clear what's inside or where the order comes from.

• Address label
It is obligatory in the Netherlands to indicate the sender. We indicate the address and postal code of our warehouse on the address label.

• Shipment instructions
We only send order within Europe. Below is a detailed list of countries. Furthermore, specific products have extra shipment limitations, because sometimes products are not legal in the country of destination. These shipment limitations are indicated at each specific product. Furthermore, the shipment limitations for products are checked when one enters the country of destination of your order.

We only send to countries on the following list:
Austria, Bosnia and Herzegowina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia (Slovak Republic), Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

• Pick up
Picking up is possible to a limited extent and by appointment only. We do not send our products from our office address and therefore have no products in stock.

Place your order through our website, pay your order and then send us an email to make an appointment. We will, 'when the payment is fulfilled', ensure that you can pick up the order from our office and will send an email as confirmation.
